Set to 2 of my least favorite songs! Still really cool

Loved this movie. As a Broncos fan raised by a Broncomaniac in the 90's, this film is my model of what not to let myself become. It's fun to be a fan, less fun to be a literal fanatic.

I think this series would work far better with no Movies. It lends itself to a Deadwood/GoT mashup HBO-type series way better. Particularly the second half of the series. I think these stories are unadaptable as films, besides the first book.

Love this song. The way the song's structured feels very Drinking/New Years/Reflective/Happy/Sad…it's all just RIGHT.

I bought the 5th season via iTunes, and I have to say… Apple was pretty sneaky about it. They made it sound like you get 16 episodes, then it turns out you get a "behind the scenes" episode for each of the first 8.

Yeah, I haven't seen the movie in years either, when I was that age and VERY into Palahniuk, I realized that the 2nd half (project mayhem on) is a lot less interesting than the setup. I read his stuff for years, then finally realized how one-note and mopey it was. "Haunted" is one of the laziest, most poorly executed…

that "17 yr old" bit is Palahniuk in a nutshell. Nothing worse than self-involved, whiny nihilism

That article may be the best piece of publicity this movie could possibly get. I'll definitely see it after reading about the production zaniness.

I think this looks pretty bearable as far as non-pixar, product-based kid's fare goes.

So, are you looking for a "harder" band that doesn't just sing about evil stuff, or are you content with LZ/Kiss being as "metal" as it gets for you? Such bands definitely exist, but the growly vocals means most of the time you aren't going to understand them anyway…

I really like the idea of this band, but for me, the music is just not hard enough to justify the theatrics. I wish they were brutal.
