I used to think Sliding Doors was good, now I think it's bad

less than whelmed

Patton will pull through, and I can't wait to read that book. I've loved everything Michelle wrote about the Golden State Killer, really fascinating. A shame she didn't get to finish, but very glad he's picking up the torch. Perfect way to pay tribute to her and celebrate her life.

IMO, Frequency got the format right for music games the first time, I remember disliking that the original Amplitude flattened out the track, the ability to rotate the track/tube in either direction in Frequency was a huge strategic feature.

Sorry if someone has mentioned this, but Dean Strang sounds so much like Bob Odenkirk.

I really enjoyed this book, and as far as King material goes, it's fairly adaptable. 8 episodes might not be quite enough, though, since the book was a solid 1,000+ pages…
