Wow do I hate gamers like this. I know there are bad apples in every kind of hobby/fandom/whatever, but man oh man is this particular brand of bullshit getting way too common for my liking.

Separating a creator from their work is a tricky one, it really depends on what they’ve said/done (and possibly the nature of the work). Everyone’ll draw the line in a different place, too; and I reckon that’s fine.
