Concur. Definitely the best and most foolproof creamed spinach, once you get comfy making the bechamel. If you end up with soupy spinach again, you could try thickening your already-cooked creamed spinach with a little cornstarch/milk slurry (stir in and bring to simmer for full thickening power).
