Troll group could apply to a lot of religious organizations. At least the Satanists are honest about it.

Or maybe 6/66?

Nice article Tracy. I just wanted to give you some anecdotal evidence of a relationship where I don't mind my wife finding other men attractive or telling me about it. I don't think that just because we have been married for years, that we stop finding other people attractive. I'm also comfortable enough in my

console: $400

Here is a typical breakdown of my day.

Just this morning while I was playing Wolfenstein: The New Order, I started to wonder if maybe I'd lost my stomach for certain types of games.

It's a well made show. I think Lauren succeeded in creating something that doesn't make me want to gouge my eyes out when I'm watching TV with my daughter. I think that's great, and I don't have a problem with a person of any age enjoying it. Like you said, it's just the things Bronies do that would make me hesitant

That's a valid point. I certainly think it's stupid to just call Mike a "furfag". I don't really care if he watches My Little Pony. I don't see the appeal when I watch it with my daughter, but to each their own. I remember watching and enjoying the Powerpuff girls movie when I was in high school, and I certainly

The problem though is that bronies do very little to distance themselves from that segment of their culture. People have to dig deep to learn that the way bronies are portrayed isn't entirely accurate. On a surface level, many people associate brony with sexual deviant and quickly run away. People don't see someone in

The problem is not that grown men watch or enjoy the show, it's that the fandom and its "cloppers" have ruined it for anyone who might enjoy it innocently. I'm sure that there are grown men who fantasize about sex with Minnie Mouse or the Disney Princesses, but to my knowledge there isn't a visible fandom that

I couldn't agree more. As a father of a little girl who likes My Little Pony, I would be hesitant to let her wear a MLP t-shirt or something along those lines because of the fandom. It is shitty that a bunch of white men with plenty of other options have to co opt something designed for little girls and essentially

Add a third subset of people who support disc based media. Those of us who are parents and need to entertain children on long car rides. Until there is reliable wi-fi in my car, I'll keep buying DVDs.

I've thought about that. My PC is only a few years old, and I use it for video and audio editing so I'm kind of committed to a desktop. I could do some of that on a laptop, but it would have to be a hell of a machine. I've also thought about the Shield or something similar so I could just stream games from my PC.

I'm sure there will come a day when my daughter wants to play Mario or something on the Wii U, and I'll be happy to play with her. I love the time I get to spend on consoles or PC, but it's few and far between. I'm hoping that remote play from PS4 to Vita works well, so I can get some time in with bigger games that

As a husband and a dad, portable gaming is just much more convenient and accessible. I don't want to leave my kid alone so I can play Hotline Miami or Killzone in the other room, and I get to sit on the couch with my wife when she watches a tv show I don't care about and do something I enjoy. I can grind a little in

1,000 times this. I suppose I qualify as a "core" gamer. I own a PS3, 360, Wii U, PC, and Vita as well as a huge library of older consoles and games. I also spend more time gaming on an iPad and iPhone than on any of those devices. I'm married with a young daughter, and a full time and then some job. I just don't

If only I lived in New York. This sounds like a lot more fun than doing digital media for a credit union in the Midwest which is what I'm doing now. Good luck on the search.

Excuse the typos, my phone hates me.

Is it possible to buy the Spec Opa bundle without being a Gamefly member? Can I Fett get a trial membership, and cancel after the download?

I payed about $1,000 2 years ago on my PC. I spent the money smartly and still have a ton of headroom in terms of power. My computer also does a lot of things that a console can't. I record music, do graphic design, and edit video on it. I spend so little on games compared to what I was spending on console games.
