Also destroyed was a 777 that was previously covered up by a giant tarp, for some reason. (How long before #MH370 conspiracy nuts actually suggest this?)

As a BRZ owner, this tends to be my experience. In particular, WRX drivers tend to give me nasty looks at lights.

as crazy as it may sound, the version of Chevy MyLink in the Spark/Sonic is incredibly easy to use and well laid out. I'm not saying it's the best, but it's better than what GM uses in their other vehicles.

So will this be another Ford model that exists on paper only? I can see US dealers not wanting to stock these, and instead offering them for special order only (much like the Fusion MT).

So basically Ford decided the Navigator sold too much to discontinue, but not enough to warrant a new platform. So, they polished this turd one again.

COTD!

I like it, but there's something about the panel gaps around the rear liftgate that doesn't look right. And why the integrated door handles and tiny side mirrors that won't make it to production? Just because it's a concept doesn't mean you need to include these silly design elements.

Soooo then John Davis started his coke habit sometime between this video and present day? I've never heard him sound so calm.

Much like the Chevy Lumina minivans, I hardly see any of these on the road anymore. I assumed they were just terribly built and had a short lifespan.

The Jalopnik article is bending the facts just a bit. From the actual recall: "The proper fuses were not installed for the refrigerator circuits." As in...from the factory.

As Richard Hammond put it, "It makes a bit of sick come into your mouth when you see it".

"It looks like a 4-door version of one of their other fine sports cars". Yes, until you get to the rear quarter of the car. From there on it's a disaster.

Agreed, the rear is the worst of it. It's called the VPG MV-1. It's a company based in Florida, but it's built at the AM General plant where the Hummer H2 was made.

Next to the Nissan NV200, I think it looks pretty damn good. But on its own, yea, pretty ugly.

It's called the MV-1. I see a bunch of them in South Florida as Yellow Cabs. They also offer a natural gas version, which they got a DOE loan to develop. They're pretty weird looking, but it's designed to be used as a taxi, so who cares? More info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MV-1
