No, it could work, Rousey IS an olympic judoka...but I don’t think it will. I think Rousey’s best chance at a rematch is to wait it out a few years and hope that a 36 year old Holm has gotten out of condition. However, TBH I really think Rousey will just disappear.

Pure speculation, but Holm may want to retire, herself. I’m probably being very sexist, but she’s at the age where if she wants to have a family or just transition into a ‘normal’ life, this is the time to do it. Male fighters can just keep fighting, they don’t really have anything better to do.
