i've never actually finished reading the series because of that one. like every time i think i will read them all… i reread from the beginning… then invariably get stuck on that one again and never move on.

"The Stand" miniseries looks amazing production-value-wise compared to the hilariously atrocious Langoliers adaptation from 1995. it was also like 3 hours long and had like original Playstation level CGI.
