But i am glad it is changing my brother had the surgery here in the UK under the NHS, (we are American) and i was heartbreaking to know that his friends back in America couldn't afford to have the surgery , because it was not covered on their insurance plan.

This is great but as an American living in Great Britain it does make me realize how behind we are sometimes when comes to stuff like this, my brother two years ago had the sex reassignment surgery on the NHS and they were amazing. I just wish America could have a single payer system.
