Probably doesn’t help that there is a huge salt mine underneath Detroit so all of the local agencies probably get road salt at a discounted price ...

As much as I like capacitive touch screens and all of the nice things that go along with it, I do like the pressure sensitive screens in the older infotainment systems. I don’t have to buy special gloves for the winter so I can keep my hands toasty and still be able to play music (even though they are everywhere now,…
Is “anything under $1000 and lives in the rust belt” the correct answer? Cause I feel like that is the correct answer.
I got a dieselgate Sportwagen for about $28,000 at 0% for 60 months. The VW dealership was running some kind of holiday promotion (Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Flag Day?, I really can’t remember but it was in the early part of summer), and I have always had great credit scores. The only money I put down was what I got…
Watched the animation first and I was really hoping that the things that came out of the trailer were hay bales or large pillows, not almost 2 ton rolls of paper.
Holy cow!!!!! This is at Schuss Mountain!!!! How did I not know this was a thing!!!!
On top of that, they can’t sell the car until it is fixed. So it just sits on the lot for a year or so, taking up valuable space.
I got caught up a little in the rant and highlighted the wrong point, there is a decent selection of cars within some manufacturers (Porsche, Nissan, BMW, etc.), but where are the Audi’s? Bentley’s? Aston’s? Koeniggsegg’s? Continental’s? Bugatti’s? The manufacturer selection is not very good for this game.
EA needs to step up their game with this car list, it is honestly piss-poor. The latest Most Wanted had 63 cars to choose from, and they actually had decent cars: Lamborghini’s, Bugatti’s, Aston’s, Audi’s, Ford’s, Dodge’s, Chevy’s, Mercedes Benz’s, Porsche’s, etc. And notice how all of those manufacturers are plural,…
I feel like this happens at least once a winter in Michigan, with a major one happening every few years.
Lies, Michigan back roads don’t get plowed until the day before the next snowstorm (if you are lucky), so you might get about one day every two weeks where you get to drive on a plowed road.
The first one looks like a LOT of fun!!! I don’t want to be anywhere NEAR the second one again.
Trying to mash down on something that isn’t there is a lot better than mashing down on the brake pedal that IS there when you are downshifting coming to a stop.
At first I thought the video was just sped up but then I saw the people come into view and I realized that that thing is moving FAST!!!!
Neutral:
2nd Gear, here is a link to the livestream:
TDI owner, since Michigan doesn’t have inspections, I won’t get the recall done at first. I will probably wait until others get it done and see what their take on the drops in fuel economy and performance are.
Neutral: Sooner rather than later.
I wonder what happens when they fill you up with the wrong stuff? Like 87 octane into a car that needs at least 92? Or gas into a diesel engine? Is it the attendants fault? Does the gas station pay for the damages?
Wasn’t referencing the flat panel itself, I was referencing the fact that it sticks up out of the dash instead of being integrated into the dash.
