Their number is 888-414-6322, with your order number and the dealer’s BAC code they (and possibly you) should be able to get some answers. Its bouncing from there? Thats really strange. Has the dealer placed a call to the DBC to try to get answers? The zone rep should be able to get answers as well. I’d look into it for you but i dont think they’d provide much info since the order isnt under my BAC.

If the order has been accepted then it will be produced, if its sitting in preliminary then it wont allow you to preference and submit it if it contains a constrained option that your dealer hasnt received allocation for.

Looks like maybe just extremely limited engine production as they ramp up? Just looked at our constraint report for colorado and looks like the engine is on national constraint with only 26 available for the TPW of 1/11 - 1/17.
