It’s awesome. The no repeat viewing thing isn’t that terrible, because there aren’t a lot of movies I’d see twice. That said, if there are movies I want to see Marcus and AMC Theatres do $5 movie Tuesdays. People can complain about it, but in the end if you see one movie it’s paid for itself.

I got mine a week ago and have watched 3 movies with it so far. Plan to do another two this weekend.
Maybe I’ll relax once I’m at the break-even point. (Which will probably be at the end of next weekend.)

I agree completely. With ticket prices near me, it’s still cheaper than 1 matinee per month. I’d be happy with 4 per month, a movie a week is reasonable and still a bargain.

I can hear the bitching bubbling up already, but who the hell has time to see 30 movies in a month? I have a life. The thing would be a hell of a bargain at 4 or 5 movies per month.

Opposite for me - I used to only think about throwing 20 dollars + more in popcorn if it was a *huge* movie - perhaps twice a year if that - otherwise I’d rather watch it where I can pause to pee if needed.

As someone who has had a miscarriage and an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured and nearly killed me - both in the last 12 months - fuck this nonsense and fuck anyone who wants to debate it. I would’ve punched someone in the throat if they insisted on this ridiculousness.

I make a point to use sentences always just to combat this crap. My friends are all similar, but if anyone ever gets upset by it I’ll just tell them I’m not upset, I’m using proper punctuation.
