First of all, you want a flow, and as mentioned - a positive one. Front fans should pull in (and have dust filters in front of them).

Since you have too many pulling air out, see if you can add in a side plate fan on the left side, pulling in more air, or make sure the front fans have a higher total CFM than the back…
