I'm surprised it didn't wallow in flashback. It went there, but I was prepared for it to consume the episode.

The only parallel I can think of was a police detective and not a lawyer. On The Shield, a male cop was led around by the nose by an accomplice to a murder who was playing victim.

That there's only one more episode makes it easy to overlook and carry on as a matter of closure.

I thought Box's dread at going to his own retirement party marked by his hesitance to open the door was a nice touch. He never really liked his coworkers, but he went through the motions even after he didn't work with them anymore.

Could the Stepdad act more like a violent sociopath?

Amazon offers a thirty day free trial so he could cancel after watching it and pay nothing.

If you asked me a couple years ago who from Suburgatory was going to go on to do critically acclaimed work, I wouldn't have picked Carly Chaikin, but she's doing really good stuff!

It would be nice if some other streaming service picked up "Other Space" from Yahoo Screen as well.

She died as she lived.

There was a British woman I read about that suffered from malnutrition because she had eaten only Chicken McNuggets her whole life. I think she was in her late teens.

Ask not for whom the bell tolls. It tolls for Trevor Noah.

I didn't see Penny Dreadful ending any other way.

I don't think Milana Vayntrub was on that show.

She doesn't watch much stuff online. She has a Roku I gave her to hook to the TV. I help her out because she is a fixed income due to a disability.

CBS All Access does include TPIR. I subscribed basically as a favor to my sister who doesn't have cable to give her another streaming channel. She likes their shows and they allow two screens per subscription.
