It’s stated because it’s true. It was his truck in the way, so one would assume he knew it was there. However, you’re going too fast for the environment if you can’t correct for things that occur. If lifting causes oversteer, then it was too fast for the environment. Lifting mid corner means too much speed.
That could have been much worse. Could have collided with oncoming traffic, could have been spliced by the truck. Could have also prevented the whole thing too!
I’d somehow gone all my life without realizing Mercedes built a rally car out of the R107 Mercedes SL, so when I…
They mean...Fourth Car!
For whatever reason normal Porsches bore me to no end. Literally have never had a desire for one. Inexplicably I love the tuned Porsches though. Ruf, Gemballa, Rennspeed, 9ff, Koenig, etc...Maybe it’s because I know “true Porsche fans” hate them..and I guess that makes me a little warm and fuzzy inside. I mean look…
“What car should I buy?” As enthusiasts, we get this question all the time. Everyday I help people decide what to…

You know, scrolling through the article and looking at the images, I was thinking that this wasn't too atrocious. A little flashy, and it could do with a change of color on the leather, but it wasn't too bad.
One of those was often (badly) parked in my street when I lived downtown Geneva in the late 80's early 90's. Since then I understood that quite any Sbarro's personnal creations where hopeless. I saw a lot of them very, very closely and the finish quality is just awful...not talking of the looks though ; )
Styling-Garage (SGS) was making 380-500SEC Gullwings from 1981, so probably that's where Franco Sbarro got the idea from. He shocked the public at the 1983 Geneva Motor Show with this, his plastic-doored Portes Papillon, which could be ordered with the 6.9 litre V8 engine from the W116 450SEL. Getting into it was…
