I do think that it might be a interesting tactic in general to protest open carry by having lots of protests with people walking around with automatic weapons. The only problem is that you couldn’t rely on the police to not open fire.

Perhaps it will help to encourage people to oppose open carry laws? So two birds with one stone, I guess?

The laws in California were already changed to ensure that rapists do not get off scot-free the way Brock Turner did. The asshole judge is not overseeing any more criminal cases. With luck, his career is ruined for caring more about the rapist than about his victim.

I love this. While I'm uncomfortable with the guns and the suggestion of payback, it's quite nice to see typically right-wing characters take a stand against rape. Maybe we can get along after all.
