It isn’t relevant. None of the actions the cops took that night were due to any knowledge of who these girls were or their rap sheet. There is no need to act like a bunch of school kids and start tattling on them if for no other reason than that they are fucking dead. Release the video, state the facts of that night…

I’m troubled by authorities even mentioning the charges of MINORS who were probably charged as such.

This is one of the most ghastly things ever posted to Jalopnik. Like I said in a story a while back, yes, all choices have consequences, but don’t tell me stealing a car means three teens deserve to drown to death in such a horrible circumstance.
