can I recommend an ooni or similar oven, my friend? They take a bit to heat up, but from stretching the dough to sticking it in the pizza oven - its typically less than five minutes. 

The caulipower two pack is amazing and somewhere between tolerable - to - good in flavor. I willingly buy them when I don’t make my dough.

Since buying an ooni style oven, I can have pizzas done quicker than delivery, if you only consider time to get oven fired up (and not the time waiting for stone to heat up).
