Aw come on, leave NdT alone. Dismissing someone trying to teach you science not only makes you dumber, it makes you a Republican.

You’re reading this all on a blog that specializes in copy/pasting “news” from Reddit posts. I’m not seeing court documents from either petition linked here. Please let me know if I’m missing that info somewhere. There’s no evidence I can discern that proves one story over the other. But that sure doesn’t keep the…
You can say “their children”, you know that, right?
The entire backbone of this article is that Joe Jonas is horrible for planting a lie that she parties too much to the media, before ending the article with a link to her partying with Taylor Swift.
So the beginning of this article talks about how unfair it was for the media to perpetuate a version of events based solely on Jonas’ story but for some reason it’s perfectly fine to perpetuate a different version of events based solely on her story?
You think maybe when a woman shares her perspective and we automatically question her honesty and call her a man that kind of, you know, illustrates the point?
Lol. Very refreshing to see somebody come in with a valid critique of the MeToo movement. I’m a woman with my own share of uncomfortable experiences and I quickly grew fatigued and, sometimes, annoyed by the tenor of MeToo conversations. Nuance matters and it seems that it was almost immediately declared anathema to…
If it’s ripping off a regular amount of money, it’s shitty. If it’s ripping off 3.5 million, there’s no such thing as a person who spent that kind of money on Pokemon cards who doesn’t deserve to be ripped off.
The idea that people have “forgot” about the flu, about cancers, about whatever the fuck happens to be killing people at any particular moment, is utter bullshit. Covid is happening at the same time as all those other things and is something, through vaccination and safe behaviors, that individual human beings can…
That’s disgustingly low for a class action settlement
Makes sense to me, it’s a good game.
It’s not the All Time Greatest Game Ever Made, as everyone unfairly assumed it would be, but it’s a pretty enjoyable Deus Ex-like. It also features probably the single most “realistic” and believable city in the history of the medium. Even for all its many, many faults, Night City…
Run, Pete, Run.
When you say usually do you mean:
A: Except when I’m sunburnt
B: Justin Trudeau
Yeah there’s just three conditions:
If given the chance, present day me would tell young me to be kind to my joints, floss every day, and buy Apple stock when it $12.
In any of the other projects that Martin has been a part of, did people complain that he didn’t fulfill his obligations or otherwise was showing a poor work ethic? Did he miss deadlines, decline to contribute, show up late, any of that?
You know what, at this point I’m rooting for him to never finish ASOIAF. Take it to the grave, my man. I have never seen such an ungrateful, impatient, ignorant fan base.
It’s less “poor work-ethic” and more “GoT specifically is getting a bit tedious to write for me”. He has no problems publishing anything at all but Winds of Winter.
In the last decade he has become known for not being able to finish ASOIAF, not the same thing as having a poor work ethic. Clearly he can write, he has proven that he can write a lot. He just can’t be bothered to work on the one thing everyone wants him to write.
It specifically says that he was hired to write the backstory and lore, which would have little to do with the look, style, or sound. Who the bosses are, what their background is, how the relate to each other and how the main character fits in would all be where Martin comes into play. He wrote the story, From…
