Yes but 650 of those words are just ‘cankles’ repeated over and over and over again.
Three days before 2nd grade, my kiddo fell spang on his face on an asphalt sidewalk. Fat lip, ton of blood, no missing teeth thankfully. Mostly recovered by yesterday, 2nd-grade meet-the-teacher day.
Well, let’s not get too maudlin here. I did just visit my kids’ school for 2nd grade orientation yesterday. Particularly liked walking through the art classroom, with all the boxes and boxes of shiny new supplies in place. Also the school library, well-stocked as it was. I was the sort of kid who LOVED…
Yes, I’m alone because, um, I can’t find my friends. That’s my problem. Yep. Definitely the issue. Let’s go with that.
I get the sarcasm, although there IS one element of vampire films I really like vis-a-vis backstory: I love scenes where like an ancient vampire triggers a period flashback by saying, “Let me take you back 200 [or 500 or 1000] years...” Something about that trope really just appeals to me. Sexual promiscuity is distasteful.
My people have an ancient saying: “Two things.”
Well, since as an potential NCAA scholar-athlete, he assuredly has excellent grades, I don’t imagine securing admission at the institution of his choice should be any problem for him.
If Things are all about the Same Thing often enough, it becomes very much akin to being about No Thing.
1.) You are absolutely correct
So it’s an average genre film is what you’re saying?
They tried that. But, rather disturbingly, the machine that retrieves pop culture references from the future cannot retrieve anything but cave paintings, stone tools and oral folktales after 2019.
I agree. And I say that as someone who sincerely and heartfeltedly enjoyed Pirates of the Carribean 3, Tron Legacy and Valerian.
