The point is to make the shipping frigates be nuclear powered if their effects on the climate are so large.  Not to use multiple tiny reactors to supply power to people.

As i mentioned elsewhere, this guy had no prior criminal record, owned a fully legal handgun, and just snapped. No amount of more extreme background checks can predict when a normal law abiding citizen will snap and do this. By all accounts he would have passed.

Well they are quick to label WHITE shooters since they hate white people so much here. No mention of race in this instance strangely, though the first name is a dead giveaway.
