The only problem with these screeds against second-tier sports (and sports journalism) types is that each has to be more hysterical than the last for there to be any way to differentiate them at all. Every one of these columns boils down to:

A few thoughts.

I just cannot fathom running around in the streets, overturning vehicles, climbing anything, setting fires, mischief, or rioting. It's so low class.

To call these events riots is absurd. I went to WVU, & I can assure you that they were no different from any other drunken college celebration except for a single couch burning in the street. Stupid, mildly dangerous, & bad for WVU's image? Certainly. Resembling an actual riot in any way? Absolutely not

Reasons why black people riot: They want to loot a new TV.

Did they change the number of penalty yards for Baylor? They had over 200 with a few minutes left, unless FOX fucked up (probable).

Nice article ... Grayson ...

Thank you for explaining, though with all due respect (and obviously I do respect this place) I don't think the story should have run even if the source didn't revise his statement. Wednesday's original story acknowledged that Gardner might have played for the frosh team, yet it was filed to LIARS and the first line

I'm a libtard in Maryland who getting real sick of the bullshit and dismissing this stuff from my side. Deadspin and Gawker don't get passes because they agree with my politics. Thanks A. Douche

they're all shitbags and all equally lying and to blame for stupid shit in our government. and going after one side without going after the other ignores half the problem.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is a calculated move by herself or one of her supporters. It's a common tactic of the American Liberal to draw universal support for their cause (and condemnation of their critics) by anonymously committing an outrageous act and blaming it on their detractors.

When you use a word that indicates something less than humanity, like "monsters," to describe a member of humanity, you are inherently demonizing them and rendering them as something non-human.

I'm not excusing their behavior at all. In fact, I completely support what Anita Sarkeesian is doing. I never at any point support anyone who makes threats. I even implicitly condemn all of those threats against her (I count the people making the threats as the "they;" I use "we" to describe the people supporting

Don't fall for that trap.

Read what? Corruption in media? Corruption in the Secret Service? Corruption in local politics?

Let me simplifiy this for you: It is dumb for any grown man or woman to Tweet.

I have the Star-Tribune's defense in my fantasy league, so I'm really looking forward to how this plays out.

I really don't see how the Tribune article proved the Foundation was a sham. Most of the filing related discrepancies have been explained above and could be easily deduced from the original OTL article and steps were taken in 2012 to correct them.

I who have admitted to smoking the drug apparently has never seen someone on it?

The bad kind of stoner is the kind who assumes that any critique of the drug is stupid, ill informed and straight up wrong. It's not some miracle thing like you and goat probably treat it as. It still impairs judgement, and it should have

That's a corrupt analogy, try using common sense and reason then reply.
