Give me an electric Miata with 150 to 200 mile range and optimized for handling and I’m in. A couple all electrics (Leaf, 500e) are surprisingly capable without even trying to be good driver’s cars.

I usually don’t wish vehicles to fail but I don’t really want this to succeed just for automakers to think *cue Clarkson voice* “Ahhhhh, lets put our sports model cues on regular cars.” I don’t want to see a Supra styled Prius or a Leaf à la GT-R carte.
Announcing that they’re revoking Blitzchung’s suspension would be a good start towards showing actual remorse.
As Kotaku noted, Blizzard gave a dodgy apology to open Blizzcon. They also, notably, did not revoke Blitzchung’s 6 month suspension.
Notably, Blitzchung’s 6 month suspension still stands.
Yeah I expected at least “we will be reviewing our internal policies and procedures around situations like this going forward” at the very least.
it wasn’t a “tough hearthstone esports moment”, it was a political nightmare. Based on the quote in the article here (don’t know if there was more to the apology left unquoted), it doesn’t even sound like he’s addressing what it was actually about.
Neutral: I was working for a general contractor when the Chicago sheetmetal workers (can’t remember which local but it was Cook county) striked a few years ago. The basic argument was that because the hall wasn’t training enough tin-knockers fast enough, the contractors were hiring “interns” off the street just to do…
1st Gear: This seems to be more of a geo-political issue rather than a labor-employer issue. It’s kind of odd that it’s being framed that way.
No, I paid for the space you are reclining into. It’s considered my seat as you so eloquently point out to undermine your own argument by saying us “whiners” should pay for extra leg room....is that legroom in front of my seat or behind it?
With your attitude like that, I hope you get someone just as rude who will be kicking the back of your chair and pulling it down to get up as well.
The monster is the airline. They created this artificial situation.
Man gaming gamers fucking sucks these days.

I just got back from Japan (I survived the typhoon, earthquake, floods, and tornadoes!) and the tourism this time was practically unbearable. Every time I go it seems to get worse and worse. There are parts of Tokyo where it is actually pretty difficult to find a Japanese person. For the most part, I didn’t see…
I’ve been in Gion early last year... it was bound to happen. I’ve also been in Kyoto some 12 years ago during the same period of the year... between then and last year, the number of tourists went up some 10 fold or more. At some specific places during specific times of the year, I wouldn’t be surprised if tourism had…
Not a harsh enough fine if you ask me.
Good...it's sad to see a few tourists ruin it for everyone. Thankfully I didn’t see much bad behaviour this past trip a few weeks ago. I think the worst I saw was two tourists hastily run after a maiko to get one last pic, but that's about it.
“Who cares if it burns fossil fuels? It’s WAY more eco-friendly to keep an old ICE car running throughout its useful lifespan than to prematurely commission the construction of a new car.”
1st gear: Infrastructure over incentives. Take that money and upgrade the power grid and build out an interstate charging network. If you build it, they will come.
