I’m not dismissing them... they were a necessary setup to what the show wanted and needed to become. So yeah — they are important to the first-time viewer of the show. But if you’re re-watching it over the holidays during some downtime, there’s nothing to see there, they aren’t very funny at all.

Happy Endings makes for a good fun binge session. Rapid fire jokes from a solid ensemble. Its a shame ABC mishandled it. Oh and Community. Community was the shit. I feel bad about only watching it after it was cancelled. Sorry Joel! Love ya, bud!
