Exactly, no one dieting method works for everyone, and this article being clickbaity with its conclusions doesn’t help anyone.
For me, intermittent fasting worked better than other methods of weight loss because it took all the guesswork out. I didn’t have to do fuzzy calorie math, or whether foods were “good” or “bad,” or anything like that. All I had to do was look at the clock.
The idea is that by restricting eating to designated times, it will decrease one’s caloric intake, which will ultimately lead to weight loss.
Love how the Results that Caloric Restriction and Fasting yielded NO SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE means it isn’t the answer.
The Actual headline should be, eating less proves effective at weight loss, weather through dieting OR Intermittent fasting.
