Well unless i’m sweating really heavy I don’t see going through 2-4 layers of a towel.

Yeah I really need to get a watch. Already stand/mill between sets since its been ingrained in me since high school never to sit between sets.

Or fold it over and keep the damp side to yourself unless you are a really heavy sweater.

Or instead of wasting paper you just put a towel down before you use it and take it with you when your done. Unless you are soaking through the thing.

I wish there was a good way to signal you are open to letting some one work in on a machine/bench/rack. I’m always antsy for the next set and usually work out alone.

1. Thank you OMG I hate 3 blink signal. Either I cant engage it when I want it or I accidentally hit it doing other things. Of course you cant cancel it. Was it really so hard to cancel a turn signal after a lane change?
