School buses typically run on city streets at low speeds. Is there and abundance of people rear ending school buses? Are those accidents fatal or severe?

I walked by a house with a huge trailer (like the one in that story) on the side the other day. Since the owner had room to properly store it the house and the neighborhood still looked nice. I’m also guessing his neighbors didn’t hate him either.
