It’s like the Sex Pistols’ “reunion” when Johnny Rotten said - “We found a common interest - your money!”

And the Today show at some point.

Having just seen her, I’ll still check out everything Liz Phair does....

And then it’s one of my personal favs, Trust (any album with New Lace Sleeves is a winner).

I would say that there’s something to like in all there albums, but the first two are quite unique.  And “Go Places” off Challengers might be a top ten ever song for me.

I think we can say, unequivocally not only is he already the worst president ever, he’s certainly the dumbest.  Also, the most treasonous.   And leading the most spineless bunch of GOP cowards ever assembled.

While there are some posted on the internet in various places, I’d still like the definitive, actual rules for True American from New Girl.

I listened to Rollercoaster yesterday and while I don’t begrudge an artist trying new things, you forget how devastating his early stuff was - I was struck this time by Mother/Strawberry Hill one-two punch.  That said, I’m hoping he does another album with Jimmy Lavalle.

Flight of Icarus -> Die With Your Boots On -> The Trooper

Emmy’s too - i.e. the Downton Abbey effect.

That’s because expecting any of the mental midgets in Washington now are capable of thinking up, much less executing and/or continuing a decades old conspiracy theory is laughable. Unless you count the plausible theory that Jared is a lizard person.

I love “In California” off that, but it’s a shame that EP doesn’t have a wider distribution.

I agree totally - especially the Cook County one - but they’re not 21st Century by a long shot.  But if we open it up, hell yes.

I came here just to say this - just saw Finn and he’s every bit as good by himself as with HS.

Is that Hannity’s apartment?

I can’t believe we’re four comments in for an article that mentions Laurel Canyon and nobody has asked if it sounds like Dawes.  And I imagine it does.

Man-babies?  You mean Trump didn’t like The Last Jedi?

Ted Danson maybe one of the most underrated actors. I mean that he didn’t win an award for Fargo blows my mind and his role in Bored to Death was gold. We also have a station here playing reruns of Becker, a show I never watched when it was on, but he’s very good in it (and it’s an above average early 00's sticom)

I agree about the Good Place being exceptional, but I’d have to go with BoJack Horseman for the decade. And someone already call out Better Off Ted, which needs to be revived. But those three are pretty much the pinnacle with a big drop between 3 and 4.

I’m right there with you. I’ll get an ice tea and curlies with horsey sauce, but nothing else. Also, for those who don’t know, Nihilist Arby’s is worth following on twitter.
