You correctly mentioned that cosplayers can choose to cosplay AND attempt to attract a mate at the same time because it’s their life and their decision to do so. Why is it impractical? The track days I’ve done were great examples of social distancing, aside from the morning drivers’ meeting which should be easy to improve. Everyone stay close to your own car, no more than one worker per corner... Should be just fine.
