I put some cheddar cheese in a small skillet. Cook and then drape over a wire rack.

Any recommendations on a good “performance driving” school. I want to hoon better.

It’s not JUST the Steelers fans who outnumber the Chargers at their own stadium. This was the Chargers/Broncos game I went to (I’m a Broncos fan).

Sure, you can fit 12 kegs of beer in the back of the Syclone, but you will have gone over its cargo capacity rating. I’ve loved these since high school. I was going up a mountain pass at about 90mph in my mom’s Mazda Protege, and a Syclone (jet black with “Syclone” all the way down the side in bright red graphics)

Do a Disney Cruise. About the same price you budgeted, it’s AWESOME, and there’s a kid’s club that your kids won’t ever want to leave, which gives you some kid-free vacation time. We’ve been on 2 so far, and put down a deposit for our 3rd while we were on the boat.

I still want one. I love the sound of a super (or turbo) charged V8. and would never get sick of it. Growl baby, GROWL!

Needs seating for one more person (I have 3 kids), and I’d be interested. Guess I’ll have to “settle” for a CTS-V. :)

I just got all new controllers for our N64, hooked it up to our TV (Vizio 75" M-Series), and it doesn’t work. :( Apparently some TVs with Component In will work, and others don’t. I guess I’ll just hook it up to the 19" TV in the basement instead. :(

A sports sedan that’s slower than my stock F-150? Meh. Not really much special about this car.

Not currently tracking it since my wife just graduated dental school last year, and I’m sure that:

But as a fan, I love it. Derek Wolfe (of the Broncos) actually took a “hometown discount”, and basically just said “Screw it, I love football and this team, and I’m making plenty of money”. THAT is a player I can really be proud is on my team.

That’s ancient history. Dude was the Superbowl MVP (so the ACL is fine), and was the only player in the history of the NFL’s drug policy to be released early (by volunteering to take a bunch of extra tests). I honestly think that after he signs his deal, he should give part of that money to Demarcus Ware (who changed

I agree that they may be trying to play on the general public’s opinion that players make too much money, but here in Denver (especially among football fans), everyone is saying “Pay the man!”

I’d be perfectly happy in a white, F Type R. Waiting for a couple of years’ worth of depreciation to hit it first though. It makes some of my favorite car engine sounds.

I have made purchases that have made me happier, but find that spending money on experiences (travel and trying new things) does a better job of it. It’s also great to be able to be more generous in helping people less fortunate than I am. A lot of the “happiness” I feel is more a sense of accomplishment that my hard

I agree. I’ve always preferred to buy things that most people don’t yet know exist (or don’t know how awesome they are). My wife is a little different. She didn’t like my CTS-V that much because she would prefer to have a car that everyone else knows about. She’s also big on brands and listens to marketing hype.

Whole lot of nope. We have an Infinity QX56 (Titan based), and it has all the issues of the Titan. Cracked exhaust manifold from crappy casting, steering wheel controls on the left side (and flashing airbag light) from the cable behind the steering wheel breaking, an adaptive cruise control module that has gone bad

CTS-V. I miss my ‘09, and I’m saving for a ‘16 in a few years once someone else takes the depreciation hit.

I keep meaning to test drive one of these, but haven’t yet. My wife refuses to because she knows I’m just trying to trick her into buying one, and that she’ll want one if she drives it.

Agreed. It’s about his body. Guy actors can have pretty awful faces as long as they have great bodies.
