I can identify with this article. I did the parking island thing with my CTS-V. When I sold it (to get into our new house), I kept my winter beater (a 1994 Ford F150), and turned it into my daily driver. It was so freeing! Shopping cart in your parking spot? Just ram it out of the way! Hit the curb? SURE! Not worried

I typically just look at audience scores (on RT). The critics scores are always insanely high for independent movies, and I prefer the “layman’s scores” on everything else.

:( Didn’t think they would move to the 10 speed on the regular F150 for a few years (thought it would be a Raptor-exlusive), so I bought a 2016. Oh well, it’s still a great truck.

Longer than I expected in every case. I still think that newer appliances don’t last as long based on reviews I’ve seen and from speaking with the appliance repairman that came out to fix our oven (that was only a month old).

Absolutely. This is why I went with a 2.7 Ecoboost F150 XLT over a Chevy Colorado/GMC Canyon.

Amen. I love almost all of the cars that had rotary engines, but would swap out the engine as soon as it went all “blue smoke out the tailpipe” on me. I love high revving cars, but there are non-rotaries that’ll do that.

Yeah, I’ve tore horizontal holes in the filter before, and the filter wouldn’t budge.

Really? I’d put my LG OLED up against any Samsung made. It made last year’s list (since it’s last year’s model).

I like it. Been looking to replace the wife’s QX56. Depending on what the real deal looks like next month, this could be the ticket.

Stuff cooks differently up here (Denver). Not sure if this trick is going to work to test out my new ovens, but it’s worth a shot!

Screw you. He’s clearly more classy than you are.

Our Infinity has sensors on the front that, whenever they get covered in ice, set off a beeping sound in the car. Nonstop until you clean them off. Great “feature”.

Whole lot of nope. I’ll never buy another Infinity (or Nissan) again. Our 2008 QX56 has been a nightmare. Intelligent cruise control went out (super common) and it’s a $2k fix. Airbag light is flashing and left side steering wheel controls are out due to a “spiral cable” behind the airbag that breaks. Exhaust manifold

If you are earning the same amount as you earned 5 years ago, you are doing something wrong. Sound advice otherwise.

I started looking at these when one of them kept up with my modified (~640hp), 2nd-gen CTS-V on the highway. I loooooove the interior of these, but think the exterior is a little bit boring. Currently deciding if I want one of these, the ATS-V, or the 3rd-gen CTS-V.

Super proud of my daughter this year. She made a modest list of things she would like in her letter to Santa, but at the end added “you don’t have to bring me anything, our new house will be the best gift of all”. I

Base is like $83k and is REALLY well appointed. With my “supplier pricing” through work, this car is definitely appealing.

Those aren’t the stock seats. Those are the Recaros. The stock seats look much better IMO (they look like the V2 Recaro seats), and the stock seats are actually ventilated as well.

I just yesterday bought my 9 (almost 10) year old son a sweet RC car. He was also riding a dirt bike without training wheels at 4 and still rides. Raising him right.

Perfect timing! Been wanting to order one since they announced that it would integrate with Weemo for voice control of our home lighting.
