“Bleak, dystopian, an absolute nightmare to be honest with you — and that’s just my interviewing techniques.” This woman is GOLD.

I’m saddened by the absence of Lego Star Wars watches on this list.

Correct! Always prioritize the Must. Once it’s done, get to the other two in order. That way, every 3 tasks, you’re doing something you really like.

Litenin simply lists down every single feed entry you have. No way to organize by folder or tag. Or to filter so you only see one category of posts. (Apart from manually X-ing out the feeds you don’t want to see, of course.) Limited usage. Not that great in my opinion. You can still do so much more in Feedly.

"A" for confidence and panache. "D" for the camouflage jersey.

Yes. Eliminate all others until you get through those 3 things for the day. If you get through all three, feel free to draw up another list of Must, Should, Want. It keeps you sane being able to do a "Want" task after every MUST and SHOULD.

Brutal.

Talking about paring down your tasks to only the most crucial ones... I've been finding some success with the Must/Should/Want method. Basically, you create a to-do list with only three entries:

Probably one of the drawbacks of our productivity-obsessed work culture: analysis paralysis. Instead of using the time we have to move our projects forward, we get caught up analyzing whether we need to use a mobile app, a bunch of index cards, or an online to-do list.

But what if the question you're emailing (assuming it's a question) has already been answered by an email already in your inbox?

Finally, a true life hack on lifehacker — even though I read this first on a Quora blog. :)

Excellent option. Especially since ... how many audiobooks can you "consume" in a month anyway?

This all will turn out to be a publicity stunt for the next HOSTEL movie. Just wait for it.

Seems awfully confusing to me. A few visuals to illustrate step 4 would be really effective for more visual learners. Too much to ask?

This is an awesome tip. It's all about the viewpoint.

Artificial urgency = Gizmodo deals. LOL!

Glad to have been of service!

So, free mobile apps and free web-only versions (limited functionality of course), but the standalone software still costs an arm and a leg. And the 365 subscription isn't as appealing what with a free web versions staring you in the face. Time to rethink your pricing model, Microsoft.

It's almost like saying "Don't hang out on Lifehacker to see the deals or you might go home with yet another external hard drive."
