Actually, after looking at this company’s site using archive.org’s Wayback Machine, you can see that they have been doing haptics stuff since late 1999, Logitech used their technology in the Wingman Force Feedback mouse....and can see some haptic ideas for phones in 2005 and having a specific section for touchscreens…
