I can't believe people take video game cosmetics this seriously, but here we are.

SE royally screwed the pooch with it by either not blocking off server visitors or having instances. As many players were locked out of their server’s “FATE”s when they came available after working all day for them. So Far, Yoshi P’s response has been a short sighted but long winded “working as intended”.
