What are the features in the Bolt that you are referring to? You mentioned power, but that’s obviously available in droves in the 25-30k range.

Sorta. It will still send power to the front as appropriate - it just biases the outside wheel in the rear and rear in general more

I used to drive a RWD 80s 325e with I don’t even remember what kind of all-season tires in winter too. You can “get along” in anything with winter tires.

Haha, yes! We could rate how good the intercoolers are for plowing snow too

Yes, correct! Snow tires trounce AWD with all-season all day every day, but AWD with snow tires gets you that extra 10% of control with an added bonus of more fun going sideways (if you so choose).

Yes! I came here looking for someone pointing the obvious: snow. It’s pretty apparent at this point that AWD vs FWD proposition gets dubious on dry pavement as shown by so many track records being toss-ups between production cars with different drivetrains. AWD still wins in snow, but it’s something reviewers never

This one appears to be missing some interface elements. I believe Mr Garrison has the original design patented

I think a large part of that whole platform is built around playing victims as young white men, so this is par for the course. “Copyrighting Pepe, is literally white genocide!”

That really must feel bad for the creator, man. I can’t fault him.

Seriously? All the stars for you! I’ve had it for 3 years now and this is the first I’ve heard of that feature. Shoulda RTFM!

I’ve never compared the two. I got the Play:1 as a gift, and it’s been wonderful. I was expecting “eh” sound from a smaller speaker like that, but it does a great job imo even on bass. I’m not really an audiophile, but I do have at least some standards.

Play:1 is great! I use it to stream music all the time, and the sound quality is quite impressive for a relatively small speaker.

Only bummer is that they consider active avoidance systems a part of their “top pick” criteria. This really craps on a lot of manuals without auto-braking, even when everything else is perfect. For example, Subaru’s EyeSight is only available with CVT, so really you are looking at a CVT-equipped Subaru as the Top

What in the world?

Saved us from that, phew

Alright, my assumptions were wrong. I wasn’t familiar with the full scope of their operations. Eager to shit on CUVs, I tripped up on bad assumptions that they were more independent than they are. I apologize.

Porsche is also not exactly a commodity manufacturer, and I would bet that their consumers count fewer than cheaper marks in addition to having more specific tastes.

Good on them for responding appropriately to demand. Too bad large commodity manufacturers likely can’t hear anyone over the sound of CUVs printing money

Baby got back!
Seriously, what’s going on with that rear? Maximum body panel!

Those Mercedes bubbles need to be taken out back and shot. But hey, I see enough of them around to be annoyed by their existence - guess enough people want them.
