A lot of the jakobs purple snipers and shotties are worth using. Dhal smgs too. I'd say I've found more usable purples than oranges this game. 

Yeah, it’s kind of bizarre, because it shouldn’t be that difficult to balance the stats of each gun around a specific baseline which is then multiplied by the recommended XP level of the mission.

I enjoyed the Monster Hunter love; the Odogaron duo were pretty dope. The Nergigante was impressive too. And a shout out to the Balthier no diss to Fran but his costume just looked better. 

I’m a woman. Even with medium-sized boobs, the simple act of running can be painful. It makes no sense for Tifa’s big tits to be unrestrained and flopping all over the place while she’s doing martial arts and other athletic activities.

People just concede to not waste time if the game is already lost from their perspective. Plain and simple. It also happens in real life you know.

I would guess the argument is that Magic Duels had slightly modified rules.

It’s genuinely the best adaptation of Magic: The Gathering I’ve ever seen for the computer (barring my fond memories of the joyful but incredibly flawed Shandalar).

Released in open beta last September, Magic Arena is the second video game adaptation to recreate the 26-year-old paper-card game.

Isn’t the new Steamworld game a card game?  I’m surprised to find no mention of that game in this piece.

I’m really happy to hear that this game turned out well. It’s going to be the first SteamWorld game I buy at launch. As with the others I assume there will be some DLC at some point.

I lived in the UK for like a decade and the first thing I thought when I saw this was “wow, if they did something like this in England it’d take less than a day for it to be completely destroyed by vandalism” and I am very sad now

I feel that internet service has to get far better for an all digital future to work. Or at least work for everybody on every economic scale. It’s easy enough for people in urban/suburban areas to find decent internet. Harder for rural areas or soldiers in the military.

More like an hour for 3 episodes. If you skip the intro, 90 second song, and 2.5 min of ending credits...BAM, less than 20 minutes of new content since most anime episodes run 23-24 minutes. If you are One Piece (maybe Fairy Tale too?), one can skip the first seven minutes. The intro, song, and the really long recaps…
