    I loved the rain in Breath of the Wild precisely because it was so uncaring. It might even have been my favourite mechanic. So many games are just cookie cutter power fantasies, and here is a game that went out of its way to add a mechanic you can’t interact with or solve and instead just have to accept. It also added
