I'm a huge fan of King and The Dark Tower novels. I think everyone should commit to skipping this. It sounds like a horrible interpretation of the excellent source material. In other words, don't encourage them to keep going with this. Maybe we can get a properly done reboot in 10 years.

Ummm. King is 100 percent right about this film. And I would argue that the criticisms quoted in this article are true of all of Kubrick's films.

I'm hopeful he'll find some "due tos” and correct them to "because ofs."
