Love this series so far, more than anything it reminds me of The Thin Red Line, with rural Louisiana substituted for Guadalcanal, and Rust's monologues for Pvt. Witt's stream-of-consciousness voiceovers. Gorgeous cinematography, and gorgeous stuff from Matthew McConaughey.
