You can still smoke in bars in parts of Philadelphia. And Wafflehouses in South Carolina, and parts of Georgia. I was in those three places within the last year, and was amazed to see ashtrays on the tables. And people smoking freely, inside!

I remember being able to smoke in Waffle House in south Mississippi in like 2011. I was surprised it was illegal there now, just because Mississippi seems like a state that doesn’t give a shit.
