Win for Nintendo, maybe, not sure if it is a win for the Franchise. Not a fan of his interactive movie franchise Metal Gear. I like to play my Metroid games, not watch a movie of it, that failed in Other M.

You can’t define FF games. 1 person might say that that MMORPG’s also count because they also give him that ‘FF’-feeling. Another might disagree. Which one of em is right? Do we go by majority vote?

The game is not horrible, but the way they just blatantly ignore their fans who have been asking for a new classic 3d and/or 2d Metroid and instead push out this game? That is just disrespecting.

Yup and if it had the multiplayer I would actually buy this, without the multiplayer this is dead to me :(

Hopefully we can get the Metroid franchise away from Nintendo. I bet even Microsoft and Sony would treat it with more respect than Nintendo does.

Ugh, the one franchise Nintendo had with a coherent storyline and they split it up- for no reason, making a Prime-timeline and a 2d-timeline...WHY?

It really didn’t have high expectations for graphics, but when Mario Kart (a game that has even lower graphical expectations) can look so good, they seriously F’ed up when they presented Starfox with Gamecube graphics

If they showed a Wii U Zelda Trailer, unveiled Ryu (leak free) at the E3 and Announced Earthbound Beginnings at E3 they could have saved a lot of face.

As a wii U owner I will definitely skip this game. Only mediocre Star Fox and AWESOME-looking Xenoblade Chronicles for me this year on the wii U

This game needed a different name slapped on to it: Something that wasn’t a big Franchise to free it from the high expectations that come with such a name.

I had to log in just to recommend your post. After finally making it into the E-shop, I got kicked out looking for the DLC. When I crossed that obstacle after a million more server errors, I got to the payment step.....filling in my cc details a dozen times, failing each time and still not any poorer. :(

So all I need is a screen recording app, some cheap editing tools and Horror Movie Producers the world over better watch out!
