Can’t agree more. Can’t say how well it gets the racing, as I’m not a fan, but just damn entertaining.

I’m not sure I have great reasoning for it, maybe just years of basic cable conditioning when I was younger, but this list can include The Fugitive. It’s just really well paced, the first hour especially.
