Showing a woman in a relationship with a woman is pandering to the LGBTQ2 crowd but the millions of meaningless, forced straight relationships in both Marvel movies and beyond isn’t pandering to the hetero crowd?  Gay relationships = pandering.  Straight relationships?

With very few exceptions, Tessa Thompson is the best thing about everything Tessa Thompson is in.

That is way to interesting of an idea to 1) be in this movie to begin with or 2) to be well executed by a hack like Kinberg.

I agree that last season was underwhelming HOWEVER your obnoxious hyperbole can go pound sand.  The “my tastes are the be all and end all” brand of genre fan is really played out.  Get a more original act.

Us Raptors fans have had plenty of practice having our souls ripped out.  It’s our defining characteristic as a franchise.

A whole new world?  Definitely not a whole new movie.  I don’t object to these live action remakes of Disney classics in theory but both this and the Lion King look wholly unoriginal and like lesser versions of childhood favourites. 

Are we assuming he’s blown through his $3.9 million signing bonus he got when he was 16?  Because if I had that much money when I was 16 it would be gone inside of 90 days.

I can deal with Buck Martinez but boy does Pat Tabler ever get on my nerves.  He contributes absolutely nothing and in so uncritical of the Jays it’s gross.

I’m from Toronto, was (and still am) a huge Jays fan and we were coming off two championships and Montreal was looking like a powerhouse and I was just completely devastated.

This is a bad take. Maximizing one’s value is more than just maximizing one’s contract, but also one’s endorsement opportunities and such.  The money you can make outside of basketball can vary drastically depending on the market in which you play.

I fully anticipate a tone deaf response to this from Skydance painting Lasseter as some kind of victim. I’m curious how many business deals they’re willing to see go up in flames in order to defend the creep from being accountable for his behavior?
