Considering the gif loads automatically on the home page, the title more or less doesn’t matter from a warning perspective.
Nah, Mike. There’s no reason the autoplay GIF couldn’t have stopped before the actual impact.
Noting it as Horrific is pointless when the gif of the death auto plays from the main site page.
yeah the autoplay on the gif on the main Jalopnik page didn’t really give me the opportunity to opt out of seeing the “horrific” part
I’m not really bothered by it but on my iPad on Jalopnik’s main page the gif autoplays. If someone doesn't want to see that kind of thing they really didn't get a choice.
As a general rule of thumb, I don’t wanna see things die. Especially during lunch. Especially when I didn’t search for it.
can we get a gruesome tag on this or something? it’s lunch time on the east coast and I really didn’t want to see a moose being hit, flying through the air with excrement and blood spewing out while I was eating my sandwich.
That gif auto loading on the front page is a bit much.
