They’re making another season? Not that excited. Maybe SATC is just a property best left alone from here on out and we can all just assume “And just like that” didn’t exist.

I suspect that the trailer here is meant to give the feeling that you know what you are going into. Kinda like “Us” - the trailer made me assume it was just another home invasion movie and it was much more. So my guess is there are still surprises.

Peele has become one of those directors that I immediately perk my ears up as soon as I see his name connected with something. He’s usually pretty good... Not all the time (Twilight Zone) but usually reliably good.

It’s being adapted by Neil Gaiman and he did well with Good Omens so... I am hopeful.

I enjoyed Temple of Doom. Yeah, it’s kinda stupid but... I mean, I’m not looking for subtle and complex storytelling in an Indiana Jones movie. I want a swashbuckling adventure and that is what Temple of Doom gave me.

I really liked Last Crusade... I thought it was great. But then again, I haven’t seen it since theaters so I have no idea how I’d react to it if I saw it again...

I’ve heard good things about Top Gun Maverick. TBH I am not interested enough to go out to see it so I can wait until it’s on streaming somewhere. I remember the original and liked it well enough so I’ll probably watch this new one.

I saw it... I am not a Star Wars person but I have seen the movies. I was okay with it. Certainly wasn’t a movie I wanted to watch more than once but then again - I am not a person that rewatches any of these movies.

Speaking from the future here... It’s not that good. It’s better than I expected it to be simply based on the charisma of the people but it’s not good.

I think it was somewhere around the “They kidnap a Russian scientist” where I said “This is crap” and didn’t bother finishing the rest of season 3. 

I’ve seen “The Lair of the white wyrm”. Anyone that was in a movie where a snake policeman is stopped by bagpipe playing done by a future Doctor (Capaldi) can do both jobs.

It’s terrifying how easily I can envision that setup.

I could see Grant as the Doctor. But since he won’t be, I am excited to see what Gatwa brings to the role. I’ve seen a few episodes of that show “Sex Education” and, honestly, nothing in it scrams “Face of the Doctor!” at me but he does seem like a decent actor. And I trust RTD to do well by the show so combining all…

I am mildly curious about the Obi Wan Kenobi show... I mean, I always kinda assumed he hung around in the desert for a number of years until Luke grew up. And since that’d be a pretty boring show I assume they will do something with it. Either that or we end up with the Stardew Valley of a TV show... which also could…

Maybe it’ll work. I’ve seen the alumni and they are still funny. But... I get the stench of a revival created just to say “Look how old they are” from this. I hope it’s good but I expect it not to be.

I kinda fell out of watching this... But something just seems missing. I am hoping to see it click together at some point. It’s not just Kim Cattral missing either. Something feels hollow with it right now.

I got this feeling it was a very SPECIFIC person Cattral had a bit of a dislike for - in interviews before this started Parker and Nixon both were pretty diplomatic and cordial and then Davis pops up and seems... catty. I liked this episode. But truth is... At this point I am unsure if I liked it because it was good or because I have stockholm syndrome to the point where anything not totally horrible out of Chibnall makes me clap.
