Yeah, I think you just had a crappy DM. I’ve played in campaigns where I was so emotionally involved, a session would affect my mood all week. If the game itself still interests you, look around for local groups. If you find an experienced DM and a good group of players, I guarantee you’ll be hooked for life.

Whoa, I just watched the Finnish version of Genie’s songs. Man had some pipes, to be sure, but I still prefer Robin Williams’ version. Chalk it up to nostalgia.
