Man . . . hate me, but . . .

I'd rather have the cheapest Miura I can find, the nicest 240z I can find, and the leftover $200,000.

A ten speed is child's play for JimmyBob the Trucker.

Ohhhhh. I thought you meant antilock brakes. Yeah . . . I'm kind of a skeptic of ABS sometimes too, especially if you are used to modulating the brakes yourself from not having them.

Clearly, FIAT isn't just pillaging. As quickly as they've turned Chrysler around, they must be doing something right. An IPO should have two-fold benefit:

1. Provide funding for Chryslery and FIATish stuff.

This window.

I forget the specific name of the window design, but I've spent a few hours riding shotgun in a low cab forward Isuzu with a similar window design. That thing was like riding a horse. You could see EVERYTHING, except to the rear of the truck which was obscured by it's upfit. I'd imagine this would be great

Thanks for the shout out! SWEET!

I just wanted to mention, photo credit should go to photobucket user Geostang351.

Unfortunately, it's not ma car :(

1. It's stock height, or close to it.
2. Huge exhaust is necessary to a well-rounded performance build, which this may or may not have.
3. It absolutely may run 12s in the quarter . . . I have no proof to say it does, you have no proof to say it doesn't.
4. If this were gas powered, then it would be worth $3500, tops.

"two after market fuel pumps hanging below the cab/bed from each side of the truck for the vegetable oil fuel system and a HUGE exhaust pipe"

"The truck is very, very fast. Its a heavily modified 5.9L Turbo Diesel"

And it's a 1997, so it's mechanical injection. Hence, no chipping.

Yes. I'm still replying. Your trolling

So you're a dick who is willing to overlook that it would be completely unsurprising if that truck was making 1000 ft/lbs of torque and 500 hp and could possibly outrun most sub $50k performance cars?

Nice job using my rav4 comment to plug in your cars, which are obviously superior to this man's truck in every way,

Don't expect much help from Jalopnik next time your hybrid rav4 gets stolen.

Why are you here again?

Anything that isn't "done" yet. When I was almost done with the body work on my truck, but pre-paint, I got pulled over for "suspicious driving" . . . probably to check the registration and inspection since it looked like it just crawled out of a garage after a long period of slumber.

Bonus points if any of the body

Ha ok. I'm sure you understood the confusion as to whether it was a 300 or 302 then.

Is that the factory color? That's a lot of bright for the old bullnose.

What does 301 stand for?
302-1?
300+1?

My oh my, I wonder what this vent cools . . . uh . . .

HEY BUICK!

So . . . we grow food with this? I don't know. I know nothing about ammonium nitrate. Maybe its fine unless you ignite it, but as a primitive homo-sapiens-type-thingy, I am concerned.

Being somewhat of a caveman, I could see this happening:

Driverless car is rolling down Main street at 15 mph.
Man sees car is driverless.
Man starts screaming and chasing presumably "runaway" car.
Man overtakes car and applies brakes.
???????
PROFIT!!!

In my old truck, the glovebox can be swung out farther than normal to access the ABS computer. Under the glovebox is a vast expanse of nothing. Actually its rather small, but secure.

Does it have to be new to count?

I second the motion to nominate the ford ranger.

I still have my 1st and 3rd vehicles. My 2nd and 3rd were rangers.
My first ranger was how I really mastered driving a stick. I could drive our super beetle fine, but that thing had a forgiving clutch. This ranger gave you about 1/32 inch pedal travel between full
