Legit legal question. A Drivers License is a thing to drive a car. How do you cite someone for not having a License when hes walking. This guy like can not be serious with actually handing out that ticket.
Fun fact this is game is why i am a penguins fan. Went to my buddies house after he got it and he took the Kings and i didnt really know any other teams but I had heard of Mario and Jager so i took them. It was rough for those first 10 years...The last 10 have been great!
