Again look at the headroom that's left on the table. I am willing to bet that the LT1 will have much more reliable bolt-on potential than the Coyote, and that's as someone who leans Blue Oval over Bowtie in the domestic dispute (I'm a fan, but not a fanboy).

Do explain how it is a ridiculous measurement among N/A engines?

I haven't heard of a stick shift rental car in the US in ages. Even the exotic rental shops typically don't do 'em these days, IIRC Rob from Gotham mentioned somewhere once that every stick they've had took a lot more of a beating than the auto/SMG/DCT models, so they don't bother anymore.

Oh, so you're that salesperson.

You're completely right, other than the 24 hour mandatory check-in there's nothing major Microsoft's doing that differs negatively from Steam. The ability to sell or share games in any form is obviously a positive in comparison. Where we apparently differ since you seem to dismiss it as just the "only difference" is

Oh yea. I still miss my '03. Long bed, 3.0 V6, otherwise as base as they come. Having that as my first daily driver at 16 in NE Ohio is the main reason I don't even think twice about RWD all through the winter.

How will rain matter? Perfect rev-matching is about having both sides of the clutch/flywheel assembly spinning at the same speed, weather has no impact on doing that right. It's a simple matter of how fast you're going and what gear you're going for, nothing more.

Because the point of a timeout is to give up and inform the user that something's not right. On a terrestrial internet connection a lack of response within 10-20 seconds is basically a guarantee that nothing's going to happen. A sane developer would set timeouts based this, rather than allowing it to sit for 20

What mandatory sync when switching batteries? I use pulling the battery as a lazy way to turn the thing off when I'm using it with my PC since most games don't implement the full UI like 360s have.

Well, where the ISS is there's technically *some* atmosphere, which is why it needs to boost its orbit every now and then. Not sure how close the sparse gas out there is to what we'd consider "air" but whatever.

Exactly. Power per displacement is something for the marketing department to brag about if it's "good", but has no direct impact on anything in reality.

I don't get what's up with valve_float, but can't say I'm with you either. The only thought that has ever been in my mind when driving a GM FWD is "I can't wait to get the fuck out of this pile of shit". I had a '93 Crown Vic Police Interceptor at the time my boss bought a '02-ish Impala (not sure on the exact year,

I'm with you man, I don't get why anyone gives the slightest bit of credit to anyone in the industry bitching about used games. Do Ford or BMW complain about me never buying a vehicle new? Hell no, they'll even happily facilitate me buying a used one, because they realize that they can make me happy with a product

Because a repaint is obviously a repaint. They're not going to remove the panels and strip it back to bare metal end to end, they might do that with a few parts but there will be plenty of the other unwanted color showing up in various nooks and crannies which will make it clear to anyone who was inspecting the car

No, it *CAN* result in those but doesn't have to. Like most conversions to electronic the increased flexibility leads to some terribly lazy implementations but statements like yours are incredibly luddite-sounding.

I think the problem is not that the term supercar is overused or that supercar requires a specific definition, but that technology has allowed "regular" cars to be so much better that the lines have been blurred.

How about not just a visual damage engine, but a functional one. Midtown Madness had one in 1999 with real licensed cars, and I don't think it was the first. Every single Forza has had one as well. It was hilarious that GT4 didn't have damage. It was pathetic that GT5's was solely visual and really not that great.

"When bugatti was developing the SS version when they turned up the power it blew up all of the accessories like the ac compressor and power steering pump."

I won't argue the rest, but "fast loading times" and PSanything does not compute. PS1 had an excuse, its competition was cartridge based so it was trading speed for massive gains in capacity. PS2 on the other hand had no such excuse against Xbox, it was DVD vs. DVD and PS2 load times took forever by comparison.

GISed the image and found a forum post from 2010 saying this:
