@SeraphX2: As Ben Zvan said, "strike that, reverse it!"

@KillerEggnogg: No chocolate churned by waterfall! But also, no Agustus Gloop!

@Vidikron: I suspect that the article means that beans enter the building and chocolate exits, with all the work done in one place.

@japea: "to get smooth motion the refresh rate divided by the frame rate must be an even number."

@Wibble: If that's the case, then they are indeed gouging.

@jethro1138: What else do the monkeys do with it?

Can't make up your mind about them microbes?

@icelight: "emit yellow photons, and as the technology to do that is newer, they likely do so at a lower efficiency than traditional red, green or blue LEDs."

@Wibble: With this set you are paying extra for other tech, including the infamous yellow pixel.

@japea: "no, 3D is interlaced, 60/2 = 30fps. More precisely 48/2 = 24 fps"

@justagigilo85: That's apples and oranges. The DS uses parallel barrier technology that uses no glasses at all. Currently, that tech is limited to small displays with a small viewing angle.

@David Currier: I found the Panasonic glasses to be uncomfortable. The Samsung glasses feel fine and fit well over my glasses.

@CaptainJack: This will add significantly to the cost of the screen while dropping the price of the glasses to pocket change.

@spider2544: Better birth control technology is not an answer to over population. Existing technology works fine (although easier, more flexible, cheaper is always good).

@takeshi: Oh, he legally changed his name to "Lactose T. Intolerant" when he reached 18 years. His parents named him Shortdick Barfmaker for reasons that are not clearly documented.

@LaziestManOnMars: I'm not saying that home made lactose-free ice cream would be as great as cow-squeezed creamy goodness. It would probably take a bit of recipe tweaking to get it to work at all.

@LaziestManOnMars: If you make the ice cream yourself, you can substitute soy milk for the cow juice.

@Live N Learn: An ice cream maker, although less expensive, is a one-trick pony. A food processor, although more expensive can do many things.
